• Comfort and cushioning is further improved for specific uses with a complex injection-moulding process using various layers of PU-foam padding that are poured into a mould. During the process, the sole and upper are bonded together
• The midsole supports the foot's natural rolling properties, with a little rigidity coming from the footwear.
•  Conceived and developed by LOWA, the outsole is made from an optimised rubber compound, specifically designed to meet the footwears intended use.
• Women's specific last, designed with the anatomy of women's feet in mind, with a differently shaped instep and area around the ball of the foot.
  
• A special polyurethane (PU) foam material in the midsole, that retains its restoring force even when it’s pressed together thousands of times. As a result, the finished boots will maintain their exceptional cushioning properties even after you have walked many 100s of miles in them.
